Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Send the piece back in original condition and we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.

To be eligible, items must be unworn with original tags attached, and show no signs of wear — no odors, stains, pet hair, smoke, or perfume.

Buyers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Please check the size chart on the listing carefully before ordering, and email hello@wiscouture.co if you'd like help with sizing. We're happy to help you find the right fit before you buy.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@wiscouture.co within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
